RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of your order’s delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with price tags.
  • Customer Can initiate a return request on the following circumstances:  Item delivered is damage /defective (or) incorrect item delivered.
  •  Continuous  Parcel opening video is must for any return request.
  • Customer has to raise a return request in their dashboard & update the return reason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
  • Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.
  • Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address : Salem, Tamilnadu, India

  • You will be notified by email that your returned item has been received and is being processed after it has been received by our Return Desk.
  • Our quality assurance staff will inspect the returned item once it arrives. Returns will not be accepted for items that show evidence of wear or usage.
  • If the returned product passes our Quality Check, we will refund the amount you paid.
  • Refund will be initiated in original payment mode within 7-10 business days.
  • NOTE:The products must be returned in it’s original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag  has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
